"I am excited to join the LPI and leverage my passion for AI to help learning, performance, and talent leaders understand the practical applications and strategic implications of these technologies," said Fletcher. "My goal is to empower organisations to take advantage of AI in ways that create opportunity for their business, their employees, and their learners."
Fletcher will work closely with the LPI's research, products, services, and events teams to inform how AI can enhance organisational learning, talent development, knowledge management, content delivery, and more. He will speak at the LPI's upcoming events and author research reports, articles, and blogs to educate the industry.
