The Learning Awards 2023 Finalists Announced

LondonLearning NewsLPI (Learning and Performance Institute)

The LPI (Learning and Performance Institute) is proud to announce the finalists for the 2023 LEARNING AWARDS, the learning sector’s annual celebration of outstanding achievement, best practice and excellence in workplace learning and performance.

The finalists for the 2023 Learning Awards were announced today by the LPI, moving them one step closer to the learning industry's most prestigious accolade: a bronze, silver or gold winner.

The 19 awards categories received a record-breaking number of submissions from individuals and organisations around the globe, from leading international brands to emerging start-ups. All the shortlisted finalists have been selected due to their demonstration of innovation, their exceptional performance, and their contribution to the learning profession.

The shortlisted entries will now progress to the judging stage, where panels of independent industry experts will evaluate each entry and decide the ultimate winners. The Learning Giveback award will be decided by public vote.

The LPI's CEO, Edmund Monk, said: "In this time of social and geopolitical upheaval, I am heartened to see the workplace learning community rising so resolutely to the challenges we face. We have been inundated with entries this year. More than ever before. There is so much innovation, so much achievement, and so much passion coming from our industry right now, that there can be no doubt: the people who work in L&D are proving their essential value and positive influence on business performance. It is these people, and the companies they work for, that the Learning Awards seeks to recognise and honour. From the established brand names to the start-ups, from seasoned leaders to those just beginning their L&D career, every finalist here has already achieved that recognition. I offer my deepest congratulations to all our finalists, and I look forward to meeting them personally at the Marriott Grosvenor House London on the 16th of February 2023."
