Learning NewsLPI (Learning and Performance Institute)

The Learning and Performance Institute (LPI) is proud to announce the finalists for the 2020 LEARNING AWARDS, the learning sector’s annual celebration of outstanding achievement, best practice and excellence in corporate learning and performance.

Finalists for the 2020 LEARNING AWARDS, representing the highest achieving individuals and organisations in the field of learning and development, were announced today by the Learning and Performance Institute. Debuting two new categories for 2020, the 17 awards categories open for entries received a record number of submissions from around the globe, from leading international brands to emerging start-ups. All the shortlisted finalists have been selected due to their demonstration of innovation, exceptional performance and contribution to the learning profession.

In relation to the support of the learning community for cementing the position of The LEARNING AWARDS as the sector’s leading awards ceremony, the LPI's CEO, Edmund Monk, said: “The stature and prestige of The LEARNING AWARDS is unrivalled. From those shortlisted to the eventual winners, we find time and time again that the experience of being involved with the awards opens the door for life-changing opportunities as companies and individuals are often sought out for their experience and innovation”

“Once again, I’m delighted to see that the depth and quality of submissions has continued to rise. I find it extremely gratifying each year to be able to get an insight into how each organisation has adopted their own unique approach to learning, and how they have implemented it to drive performance within business.”

“I’d like to offer my congratulations to all of the Finalists and look forward to meeting them personally at the London Hilton on the 20th February 2020.”
