Kelly is a results-driven business leader, with 20 years' experience selling high-value corporate solutions as well as managing successful sales and management teams across Europe, Middle East and Africa. She has a strong track record of achieving corporate objectives whilst taking an organisational-wide perspective and thinking strategically. "We are pleased to welcome Kelly as a new director to the LPI's board," said Edmund Monk, the LPI's CEO. "She joins at an exciting time as we continue to drive our global channel strategy forward and build deeper relationships with business partners and customers to fulfill our purpose of improving workplace learning. The addition of Kelly complements our board of directors' skills and experiences, as she brings significant expertise and knowledge of the L&D industry, as well as considerable experience across global markets. This will stand us in good stead as we progress towards our ambition to be the world's leading body for workplace learning. Her reputation as one of the UK's leading businesswomen in L&D and her track record in driving positive change will be an inspiration to our people and ways of working. I look forward to welcoming Kelly to the Board.”
Kelly Davis said: "I am honoured to serve on the Learning and Performance Institute Board of Directors, and am looking forward to providing fresh insights and strategies as we continue to transform and accelerate our global business."
Kelly will be attending the LPI's annual conference for Heads of Learning, LEARNING LIVE, in London on 4th and 5th September.
