LPI expands into Iberia and Latin America, with new Overlap partnership

The Learning and Performance Institute (LPI) and Overlap today announced a strategic partnership that significantly expands the LPI’s reach in high-growth Iberian and Latin American markets, whilst enhancing Overlap’s position as a provider of business transformation services to the learning industry. The agreement is expected to spark increased innovation and opportunity by leveraging sales and marketing talents and resources at both companies while driving scale and efficiency in the partners' respective supply chains.

The partnership agreement enables Overlap to sell and deliver the LPI's industry-leading accreditation, certification and 'Learning Programmes of Excellence' solutions to its customers in Spain, Portugal, and Latin American countries, in step with the ongoing development of its business transformation services.

The partnership is a strong strategic fit:

Firstly, the LPI's mission is to empower workplace learning organisations and professionals to improve business performance and build capability. It does this through a range of products and services that cover membership, certification, accreditation, events, awards, networks and consulting.
