Nomad Foods Europe demonstrates a commitment to excellence with an accreditation from the Learning and Performance Institute.
The Learning and Performance Institute (LPI), the leading accreditation and membership body for the workplace learning sector, is pleased to announce that food company, Nomad Foods Europe has achieved Learning Department accreditation for the first time.
The LPI accreditation is a globally recognised independent endorsement of a company’s efficacy and value-add to the organisation and to their ongoing commitment to high quality and process improvement of learning development and training services to internal clients. The accreditation programme employs a highly robust framework, developed over many years by learning experts, and validated by data from thousands of organisations, to measure, benchmark and improve learning capabilities.
Assessors were impressed by Nomad Foods Europe’s approach to learning and development, their programme of activities, and their ambition to continually improve opportunities for their 2000 professional employees across the UK, Ireland, Europe and the Nordics to grow.
