New Heroes achieves LPI accreditation as a learning provider
Dutch online training specialist, New Heroes, achieves the highest benchmark of excellence against which other learning providers are measured, joining a growing number of organisations in the Netherlands demonstrating their commitment to raising standards though Institute accreditation.
The Learning & Performance Institute (LPI), the foremost accreditation and membership body for the learning sector, is pleased to announce that New Heroes, an online training specialist in personal empowerment, communication and management skills, has achieved accredited Learning Provider status.
The LPI accreditation programme for learning providers independently evaluates and endorses a provider's ongoing commitment to outstanding customer care, integrity and operational efficiency. A recognised standard in the industry today, the programme employs a highly robust framework, developed over many years by learning experts, and validated by data from thousands of organisations, to measure, benchmark and improve learning capabilities.
New Heroes' LPI accreditation puts the Dutch company at the forefront of business excellence as a service provider to the learning and development industry and is a further endorsement of its position on quality of service and innovation.
Commenting on New Heroes' accreditation, Henriette Kloots, LPI Benelux partner, said, "I am very delighted that New Heroes, as a fairly new company in the Netherlands, is now an accredited learning provider with the LPI. Their drive to create a learning solution that will truly make behavioural change happen with online learning is new in our region and has disrupted the learning market in the Netherlands. They still have the energy and speed of a start-up and yet are focused on quality and making sure they deliver what is needed for the learner, both in B2C and B2B markets. They should be very proud of themselves and I am happy we will be working together to keep the quality standards for online learning high!"
Jorn van Wijk, CEO, New Heroes, said: "We’re excited and honoured to be joining the list of LPI-accredited Learning Providers. For us at NewHeroes.com, when you get recognised by an organisation like the LPI, you just know you’re doing something right. Solid gold! As the world’s largest online training specialist in personal empowerment, communication and management skills, we’ve always taken pride in the quality of our online courses. That means we never get enough of listening and improving. Working together with customers in order to continuously improve our online courses is something we look forward to each and every day. The quality and effectiveness of our courses means that each day we help thousands of people work and live better. What more could you ask for?"
Edmund Monk, CEO, Learning & Performance Institute, said: "LPI accreditation is not only an independent validation of an organisation's quality, but also a statement of intent to its customers: that it will constantly improve, innovate and develop its portfolio to the benefit of its customers. I am proud to welcome New Heroes to the ever-growing roster of accredited learning providers and look forward to working with them throughout the coming years as they seek to establish and strengthen their position as a strategic and credible provider of learning."
Accreditation comes into effect immediately.
