escalla to deliver workshop on digital transformation at LEARNING LIVE 2016
Digital skills specialist hosts workshop to help lead organisations into their digital future.
The Learning and Performance Institute (LPI) has announced that premium exhibitor, escalla, will explore the opportunities, impact and challenges of digitalisation on today’s organisations in an exclusive session at LEARNING LIVE 2016.
escalla’s head of learning, Niall Shanahan, will run the interactive workshop session to explore how organisations of all sizes can realise their digital vision through use of new and existing technology, and a choice of working practices. The workshop will also discuss the skills needed for successful digital leadership and how they differ from those of the analogue world.
Ahead of the workshop, Niall Shanahan, escalla’s Head of Learning, said, ‘We are really excited to be presenting at LEARNING LIVE this year. We’ve attended as a delegate over the last few years, and have been privileged to enjoy some first class workshops provided by others in the past. This is a great opportunity to explore the challenges faced by all of us in the world of L&D’.
David Field, Managing Director, escalla, said: "We believe that digital technology is the engine for growth and innovation globally, empowering businesses and professionals. We aim to develop people's digital skills - creating high value employment and delivering benefits to society."
Edmund Monk, Managing Director, LPI, commented: "Digital transformation has been on everyone's lips for some time now, yet the reality of implementation and the indicators of success are still not widely appreciated. escalla's session at LEARNING LIVE should be of huge interest to anyone embarking upon the complicated journey of digital transformation within their business."
escalla's session, entitled 'Digital Dreams and Analogue Reality', will take place on 8th September at 14:30 in the Business Solution Workshop area.
LEARNING LIVE takes place at 155 Bishopsgate, London on 7-8 September 2016. For more details about the session and the full event programme, visit http://learning-live.com/learninglive/conference-programme/.
