The Learning and Performance Institute expands operations into Benelux region
The Learning and Performance Institute is to provide local operations and support to the workplace learning sector in Belgium, Luxembourg and the Netherlands.
Today the Learning and Performance Institute (LPI), the global body for learning professionals, announced it will provide local operations and support for individuals and organisations in the Benelux region.
By basing operations in Netherlands, the LPI is now uniquely positioned to help local businesses raise the standard and value of workplace learning via its accreditation programme, as well as support the growth of existing LPI members and partner agencies in the region.
Heading up operations will be Henriette Kloots of Pink Coat, who has an impressive track record for problem solving and building innovative learning strategies for large, blue-chip companies.
Henriette said, "For years and years I have been looking for a framework to help the learning profession develop themselves. To help them get to the next level of quality in our profession. To help them prepare for the future. Passionate as I am about our field, I want to not only help businesses with learning challenges but also help our profession develop. And finally I have found this framework in the LPI."
She continued: "This is a fantastic opportunity to introduce the LPI’s accreditation programmes to the region. LPI accreditations are a globally-recognised quality mark for providers of learning products and services, and help to continuously raise both learning standards and performance outcomes. As someone who is not afraid to innovate and push boundaries, I am looking forward to helping learning departments and companies demonstrate their business value, differentiate themselves among their peers and attain continuously high-levels of professionalism and best practice."
Edmund Monk, LPI Managing Director, said today "I am pleased to add another partner to our rapidly growing, global delivery network. Henriette personifies everything we were looking for in a strategic partner; enthusiasm, experience, and a real passion for effective learning. Following on from Australia, and New Zealand earlier this year, this agreement represents the ambition of LPI to be THE global body for learning professionals. We will continue to work hard to involve, inform, and inspire the international community of workplace learning."
