CLS Performance Solutions to run Business Solutions Workshop tackling the practical issues of tailoring enterprise learning solutions.

The Learning & Performance Institute (LPI) has announced CLS Performance Solutions, a leading learning provider for enterprise ERP implementations, as a premium exhibitor at its LEARNING LIVE 2015 conference.

“We are delighted to support LEARNING LIVE and also to be able to share our experience of overcoming the practical issues of implementing blended learning” said Carol Ann Tomlinson, MD of CLS Performance Solutions.  “Providing the right blend of learning solutions in line with the goals and culture of large organisations while at the same time supporting the learner to do their job is the challenge facing organisations today.  The workshop that we are running will provide an innovative way of involving the audience, allowing the sharing of thoughts on the challenges, as well as offering practical tips on developing blended learning.”

CLS Performance Solutions has extensive experience of implementing learning solutions for large organisations, especially enterprises implementing ERP solutions based on software such as SAP and Oracle.  The company works with large multi-nationals to develop learning strategies that are aligned with corporate goals while meeting individual needs and to implement blended learning programmes and performance support for reduced time to competence and ongoing improvement.

About the Business Solution Workshops

The Business Solution Workshop sessions at LEARNING LIVE offer software vendors a unique platform upon which to discuss current challenges and issues in L&D, and to showcase their findings, without the pressure of a "sales-pitch".

Colin Steed, CEO, Learning and Performance Institute, remarked, "One of the best things about LEARNING LIVE is that it's a lecture-free zone. This also extends to the Business Solution Workshops, where the temptation would be for vendors to use the opportunity as a sales vehicle. In fact, what happens is that attendees to these sessions often come away with a renewed vigour and appetite to learn more on the subject discussed. I expect the session from CLS Performance Solutions will encourage people to investigate blended learning in more depth and to be reassured that implementation, even in large enterprises, is achievable."

The Business Solution Workshop “A Taste of Blended Learning – Overcoming the challenges of Implementation” will take place on Thursday 10th September at 11:30am.
