LPI Announces the Learning Awards Finalists

The finalists for the Learning Awards 2013 have been announced by The Learning and Performance Institute with a host of leading L&D organisations competing for next year’s awards.

 

The Learning and Performance Institute (LPI) is delighted to announce the finalists for the Learning Awards 2013. The event, which is in its 16th year, will take place at The Dorchester, Park Lane, London on 7 February 2013.

The awards attracted over 200 entries this year including a significant increase in the number of global entries, with representation from organisations across all five continents.

LPI, Chief Executive, Colin Steed paid tribute to the support of the learning community for cementing the position of The Learning Awards as the sectors leading awards ceremony, he said: "The heritage and reputation of The Learning Awards is unrivalled. It's still the first event that's marked on the L&D calendar and we're now seeing this replicated on a global scale. As the amount and quality of entries increase year on year, the achievement of our shortlisted entries is all the more impressive and we would like to congratulate all of them."

The winner of the Colin Corder Award for significant and lasting contribution to learning will be announced at the ceremony and is sponsored by Cisco.

Shortlisted entries will now be required to present their entries to a panel of independent judges. The winners will be announced at a gala ceremony in London on 7 February.
