London, 25th September 2024Learning NewsFuse Universal

How do you design an inclusive learning experience that boosts learning engagement for all?

Traditionally, creating content and learning experiences across multiple modalities and languages has been labour-intensive and time-consuming. However, with new technologies such as AI, this can now be achieved in a fraction of the time and cost.

A panel of industry tech and neuroscience experts, on September 30th at 4pm BST, will explore why it is important to create a learning experience that meets the learning preferences of all, and key actions L&D leaders can take within their organisation.

Key discussion points include:

  • The neuroscience - how we are different and the impact it makes on learning, engagement, development and performance
  • Consumption - Discover ways in which you can accelerate the potential of your content to cater to be inclusive for al
  • Practical look at how AI and innovation solves the problem of cost and time in personalising dynamically for language, context, size, interest and interface.
  • How neurodiversity adds another layer of inclusivity challenges for up to 30% of our workforce that we are finally breaking the barriers down for.

From Gen Z to ADHD, there are so many factors that impact an individual’s motivation to learn, may it be generational norms, neurodiversity, personal preference etc. Here our Founder, Steve Dineen, delves into this topic in a bit more detail, looking at how we need to create a learning experience inclusive to all.
