Unveiling its new 2019 Fosway 9-Grid™ for Learning Systems report, the leading analysts recognise growth and evolution in the European learning technology market. We are delighted to announce that Fuse continues to consolidate its position for the third year running, following a strong year of enterprise client wins, technology growth, customer delivery and advocacy.

With over 100 established customers, represented by over 2.5 million learners worldwide, Fuse continues to offer learning experiences that drive business performance in the enterprise learning environment.

David Wilson, CEO of Fosway Group commented, “The growth in the learning technology market shows no sign of slowing down. Solution providers like Fuse Universal that focus heavily on next gen features including social and video learning, microlearning and learner engagement have disrupted the traditional LMS (Learning Management System) market.”

“This has resulted in the separate NGLE (Next Gen Learning Environment) classification in our analysis over the past three years. Fuse Universal’s consistent performance sees it recognised once again as a Core Leader in our 2019 analysis."

CEO and Founder of Fuse Universal, Steve Dineen said: "Fosway Group has been helping L&D and HR leaders navigate the landscape of learning technology for more than 20 years, cutting through the noise in the market. We are delighted to have been recognised again and congratulate our clients for being core to our ongoing digital learning innovation."

Fuse is bridging the gap into future tech capabilities by having LMS functionality underpinning the product, but remaining ahead of the pack in technology innovations by having ongoing investment into stability, specifically around mobile, social, video, machine learning and behavioural profiling. Fuse clients are using its technology to design learning that directly impacts employee and business performance. More than 100 clients globally are transforming their organisation and shifting their culture to become continuous learners."

Fuse's recent partnerships with the likes of GoodData and Filtered have added an even deeper layer of data analytics which further support customers in achieving record levels of learner engagement and business performance results. Global clients like Hilti, are reporting astonishing results after switching off their LMS and moving their 23,000 staff across in just 6 weeks; and Scandic Hotels have converted 18,000 of their team to be more customer-centric by empowering and inspiring them to be decision makers.

The Fuse Universal team will be on hand at this year’s Learning Technology event in London on 13-14th February to share insights learnt across their global progressive clients  - full details of their activities are available and people can drop a message to meet the team
