LONDON, UK (11 July, 2018). Next-generation learning solutions provider, Fuse Universal (Fuse), will be at Learning Live 2018 to talk about achieving better learner engagement and business performance.

Learning Live is an exclusive event for senior learning professionals and is hosted in Bishopsgate, London on 5th-6th September this year. To hear from Lori, Fuse Universal and other leaders within the learning industry, visitors can register attendance via the Learning Live event website.

In her latest video below Lori explains: “The concept of data-driven learning design actually comes from marketing, and if you contrast how marketers design their content campaigns, they really begin with this data approach. They have metrics, which you can’t even conceive of, that are so intricate, that will tell you exactly what their audiences will likely respond to. And if we take a little bit of that lesson over in L&D, we now can design learning that is going to be far more receptive and aligned to our audiences, leading to better learner engagement.”

Lori discussing the importance of data when designing Learning Experiences

During the session, Lori will discuss the Digital Body Language concept and how it is currently being used to allow Fuse to effectively engage audiences with content and why it may lead to better learner engagement and business performance. Exploring live dashboards on how Fuse currently tracks learner interactions, Lori will share insights on how to use this data to design learning tailored to your learner’s preferences.
