steve-dineen-head-shotWe are excited about the digital transformation that L&D is currently going through and our place  at the heart of it. When Fuse clients are implementing Fuse in their organisation, they are often  replacing their existing LMS, but what they are looking to achieve is far greater than a new learning solution.

They are looking to improve on core organisational challenges, primarily around employee   engagement, business KPIs and cost efficiencies. We help them solve these challenges by fostering a change in their content strategy, evolving employee skillsets, modernising learning experiences and using data to measure success and design better learning. During Learning Live, I will showcase some examples of how this is paying dividend for organisations big and small."

Fuse clients have been vastly improving the productivity of their employees through delivering more engaging learning through a superior consumer grade user experience. Combining a suite of social video and messaging tools, with highly relevant, bite-size content that is a pleasure to consume, Fuse clients are reporting significantly higher user engagement rates compared to conventional LMS systems.

During the presentation, Steve will discuss the journey Fuse is undertaken to allow them to lead within the next-generation learning experience platform category.
