Danielle Silverstin new Director of Customer Success at Fuse Universal
Next-generation learning solutions provider Fuse Universal (Fuse), today announce the appointment of Danielle Silverstin as their new Director of Customer Success.
Danielle has shaped and established the Customer Success Team, as Head of Customer Success at Fuse, along with being at the forefront of their internal succession planning since joining as a Customer Success Manager in early 2016. Fuse has grown to over 125 customers from around the world, offering a range of next-generation products, content and consultancy services.
Danielle added, “It’s a real honour and a privilege to take the reigns of the Proactive Services teams at Fuse, which now includes; Project Management, Implementation, Customer Success, Content Production and Learning Insights. As a business, we’ve welcomed over 50 new customers in my time with the Customer Success team, and the range of proactive services that we now offer grows from strength to strength and helps our customers become more successful. We have some big plans for the rest of 2018 which will ensure our customers' performance & success is at the heart of what we do. I am delighted to be leading the team that brings our Customer Strategy to life. Exciting times ahead”
In her new role, Danielle takes charge of a team of 50 strong team of videographers, visualisers, designers, customer success managers and solution architects that together support Fuse's customer-centric strategic vision. Danielle’s appointment strengthens Fuse CEO, Steve Dineen’s, executive team with him adding, “Danielle has been a real success story here at Fuse, and I am absolutely delighted to have her on the leadership team and help shape the future plans for the business. Danielle’s passion for her role is contagious and the work that she has delivered over the past year has revolutionised the role L&D professionals play within their organisations.
