Steve Dineen, one of the founders of the UK e-learning industry will share some great insights on how should L&D transform, to become more aligned with the whole business, on the 7th of September at 4pm. An opportunity to discover how to put learning into the heart of your business, which will inherently increase the overall employee and business performance.

Steve has decades of experience working in partnership with many of the biggest brands and organisations in the world with the goal of pushing the boundaries of learning technology to integrate with “face to face” delivery, increasing people performance and individual opportunity through democratisation of education and learning.

Prior to founding Fuse Universal, Steve founded one of the UK’s first e-learning companies - Fuel. Over the 10 years that Steve grew Fuel to become Europe’s 2nd largest bespoke e-learning company, he realised that whilst organisations were buying into the Fuel product and services, the employees who were supposed to be learning from it were accessing the learning once (and only if they were required to), but never engaging further.

This experience gave Steve an understanding of the failings of SCORM based learning, and the potential for bite-size video learning as the building block of Fuse; an innovative technology platform which supports continuous, social, blended and mobile learning.

The Fuse platform is modular and flexible, offering a total learning solution integrating seamlessly into a company’s existing infrastructure replacing legacy learning management systems and communication tools.
