What’s really happening in HR today and is it ready for the future of work?
New research from Fosway and UNLEASH aims to find out. The 2018-19 HR Realities research is now open, continuing the success of the only European insights into HR technology and its impact on the future of work. Led by Europe’s #1 HR and learning analyst, Fosway Group, in partnership with UNLEASH group, the research is now in its sixth year and is open to HR professionals across Europe.
Covering topics including strategic HR challenges, drivers for digital transformation, employee engagement, future skills, analytics and the role of automation, the data generated by the HR Realities research gets beyond the hype and captures insight that is not available anywhere else.
With over 600 participants last year from predominantly large enterprise organisations, the research will highlight HR technology priorities for the year ahead. The 2017-18 headlines, infographics and reports are available to download online.

The 2018-19 research is now open online with all respondents immediately eligible to win free attendance at the UNLEASH World Conference & Expo in Amsterdam on 23 and 24 October 2018. In addition, all respondents will receive priority access to the research results when they are published.
