Mind Tools For Business has published the final instalment of its Annual Benchmark Report. Part one looked at what's changed in L&D in the 20 years of this research project and concluded L&D has been slow to fully embrace new technology and those performing well prioritise activities like coaching and collaboration at the heart of what they do.
Part two looked at how L&D partners with business and found that success here was the most important characteristic of high performers and it identified those L&D activities that when combined together lead to disproportionately higher productivity.
Part three came out last week and looks at the modern role of L&D in the context of three global trends: digitalization, climate change and demographic shifts. It argues that L&D has a crucial role in delivering change here for business. Anna Barnett is back on Learning News to explain how.
