CLO100 announces Learning Executive Network™ as the new identity for its learning leadership community

19th October 2026Learning NewsCLO100 Limited

The CLO100 Learning Executive Network™ brings together established and aspiring learning leaders for peer support, practical insight and professional development.

CLO100 has renamed its membership community the CLO100 Learning Executive Network™, giving it a name that more clearly reflects its audience and purpose.

Previously known as the CLO100 Community, the network provides a professional home for learning leaders to build relationships, share experience and develop their approach to leadership.

The new identity builds on the existing community, with a focus on helping members connect with relevant peers, discuss shared challenges and strengthen their strategic contribution and impact to their organisations.

Supporting current and future learning leaders
The network is intended for Chief Learning Officers, L&D Directors, Heads of Learning and other professionals with responsibility for learning, talent and capability. It also welcomes those preparing to take on learning leadership roles.

“Executive” reflects the network’s focus on leadership, organisational priorities and business impact; membership does not depend on holding an executive job title.

Through peer discussion, member resources, webinars and opportunities to connect, members can explore practical questions such as aligning learning with business strategy, building influence, leading teams and responding to changing capability needs.

For aspiring learning leaders, the network offers opportunities to learn from experienced peers, broaden their strategic perspective and prepare for greater responsibility.

Cathy Hoy, CEO of CLO100, said:

“We’re changing the name of CLO100 Community to the CLO100 Learning Executive Network to better reflect who it serves and what members gain: relevant connections, practical insight and support for the realities of learning leadership.

“Leading learning can be demanding. Having people around you who understand your challenges, bring different experiences and perspectives makes a real difference.

“This is an evolution of the community our members have helped build over the last 4 years. It brings together people who are leading learning today and those preparing to lead it tomorrow.”

Building on the CLO100 Community
Existing members remain at the heart of the network. The new identity builds on their relationships, contributions and shared experience, while making the purpose of membership clearer to prospective members.

The focus remains on helping learning professionals develop as leaders and contribute more effectively to their organisations.
