Nothing gets in the way of organizational learning like hierarchies. And most organizations are rigidly hierarchical, designed around the assumption that those at the top are all-knowing and all-seeing. They are the ones who make the decisions, because they know best, and everyone else in the organization is expected to follow and enact those decisions.

I have published 8 books that I have either written or edited, and well over 100 articles and white papers for publications world-wide which focus on leadership, learning and technology.
TV
I am a regular presenter of Learning Now TV www.learningnow.tv. It transmits via amd internet channel for one hour per month, usually the last Thursday, at 10.00 and 20.00 UK time.
