World of Learning Conference & Exhibition announces interactive visitor features and networking opportunities for October 2026
The World of Learning Conference & Exhibition is bringing back a host of popular interactive features and networking opportunities at the free-to-attend Exhibition on 6 & 7 October 2026 at the NEC, Birmingham.
Alongside more than 150 exhibitors and over 70 free seminar sessions, the World of Learning Exhibition offers dedicated feature areas designed to help learning and development professionals connect with peers and discover practical solutions to the latest workplace learning challenges, all in an interactive and informal setting.
Returning favourites include Learning Design Live, a seminar stream specifically for anyone involved in learning tech design to gather in-depth advice and share ideas with other design specialists. Speakers so far include Susi Miller, Founder & Director of eLaHub & Tom McDowall, Chief Learning Geek and founder of Evolve.
Visitors will also see the return of the Mental Wellbeing Zone, where the Jigsaw Discovery team will lead expert workshops throughout the day, offering practical knowledge and tools to help foster mentally healthy workplaces. Topics include mental capacity, emotional regulation and workplace resilience.
The Life Skills Lounge, facilitated by Liggy Webb, will also return this October. Visitors can pick up complimentary bite-sized books and digital resources to support the personal and professional development of L&D professionals and their teams.
Interactive networking opportunities, including interactive Sip & Learn Roundtables, facilitated by HowNow, and Visitor Networking Sessions, hosted by the World of Learning Mentors, provide valuable opportunities for L&D professionals to exchange ideas and share experiences with their peers.
These features will be running throughout both days alongside a comprehensive, free Seminar Programme open to all visitors, including the Exhibition keynote session: a live fireside chat with presenter and former journalist Alex Brooker, best known for co-hosting Channel 4’s The Last Leg, on day two of the event.
