World of Learning announces Workforce Solutions Conference for senior HR leaders
Co-located with World of Learning, the Workforce Solutions Conference will take place on 6 & 7 October 2026. The Conference Programme has now been released, alongside Delegate packages and early-bird rates, giving HR attendees an early opportunity to explore what’s on and secure their place.
Chaired by Chief People Officer, Nebel Crowhurst, the two-day Conference provides a dedicated space for senior HR and people leaders to explore the most pressing people challenges organisations are facing today. Co-located with the World of Learning Conference & Exhibition, an annual event which has been running for more than 30 years, the Workforce Solutions Conference Programme 2026 features an exceptional line up on industry experts examining how organisations can build resilient workforces, prepare for AI-driven transformation in the workplace and balance business performance with human experience.
Keynote speakers include Dr Laura Weis, Human-AI Strategy and Transformation at WPP, speaking on balancing AI innovation with trust and empathy; Perry Timms, Chief Energy Officer and Founder of PTHR, on shifting from traditional HR to agile people operations; and David Blott, Chief Operating Officer at Lloyds Banking Group, on designing organisations for an AI-enabled world. Laura, Perry and David will be joined by a distinguished line-up of industry leaders & experts from companies including First Bus, Primark, CityHR, Halfords, Women in HR, Matthew Syed Consulting and Kantar to name a few. A central theme throughout the Conference is how HR can harness technology whilst maintaining a human-centred approach. Sessions including Making HR Feel Human in the Digital Age, Designing Roles After Automation, Candidate Experiences When Using Recruitment Automation and The Future of Work – Designing Organisations for an AI-Enabled World.
