Webanywhere and Apollo Education Group to present on Bleeding Edge UX at MoodleMoot US 2015

Webanywhere, the elearning provider, and their client, Apollo Education Group, will join forces at MoodleMoot US to present on how Moodle can provide bleeding edge UX and transform the learning experience.

MoodleMoot US, which will be held in Minneapolis from the 4th to the 6th of August, is a three-day event bringing together the Moodle community in both the education and workplace sectors. Over the course of the three days, the conference will host a series of workshops and presentations covering a wide range of topics.

Joshua Painter, Head of Product for Professional Development at Apollo Education Group will join Webanywhere’s CEO, Sean Gilligan, to present on “Bleeding Edge UX: Pushing the limits of Moodle to transform the course experience”. At a time when organisations have to engage with their learners more than ever, Apollo have launched the Accelerator Course Experience (ACE), a differentiated online experience that promises increased learner engagement and delivers better learning outcomes for participants.

Joshua Painter says: “In this presentation, we will introduce the several new features that were developed on Moodle to encourage active learning, foster social and collaborative learning and help learners to apply the learning in their work environment.”

Sean Gilligan adds: “Webanywhere helped Apollo with systems integration and bespoke developments for their Global Learning Platform, which spans across all their educational institutions. We are delighted to be co-presenting with them to the Moodle community”.
