Webanywhere moves into Canadian market with LMS for Get Ready Online
Yorkshire-based Webanywhere has completed the development and implementation of a Totara based learning management system with integrated e-store for Canadian first aid training course provider, Get Ready Online.
Canada-based Get Ready, Inc provides accredited training
programs in First Aid, CPR and AED, to 'get you ready' in the event
of a medical emergency. Within this market, they identified
opportunities to offer a fun and realistic approach to training,
and in so doing, reduce the impact of workplace and home accidents
and injuries in a fully managed online learning environment. A new
website has also been developed to market the training content to
diverse audiences with differing learning requirements, plus an
integrated e-store solution to manage the selling and learner
communications.
Webanywhere's web solution is based on the Totara LMS, with an easy
to use online interface that accommodates all training needs in one
place and delivery of content, tracking and e-commerce across a
range of users. For their business audience, Get Ready can now
provide medical first aid content that covers key areas of
emergency medical practice, according to the client's professional
focus and the service program selected. This is achieved using a
multi-tenant LMS architecture developed by Webanywhere, hosted in
the cloud, with Webanywhere also retained to provide technical
support services.
