Walkgrove, the learning consultancy, established in the UK in 1994, is this month celebrating twenty years delivering blended learning solutions and recent expansions into the US and Australia.

"Walkgrove is celebrating its twentieth birthday this month - which is quite an achievement for any small business," explains Walkgrove’s Commercial Director, Andy Wiles. “We are proud of reaching this milestone and feel that our longevity is a testament not only to the quality of the solutions we develop, but also to the level of service we provide to our clients.

Over the past 20 years we estimate that we have produced over 2000 hours’ of bespoke e-learning, delivered over 1,000 hours of bespoke f2f events and designed over 300 bespoke tutor packs or workbooks covering a huge range of sectors, verticals and topics.  Our larger projects included developing 200 hours of e-learning in eight months for DWP, designing and delivering 120 workshops nationally in a two month period for what is now the Care Quality Commission and designing over 4,500 digital learning objects for NHS South West under contract to Tribal Education Limited.

Over the past 18 months we have invested in raising our profile in the private sector and have successfully engaged with ASOS, Tesco, Carillion, Telefónica Europe, Tullow Oil, Maximus UK and M+W Group.  New clients in the public and third sectors include Northumbria University, SEEP, Law for Life and WaterAid.”

Walkgrove is also now active in the US, working for UNICEF and Forum Group and has recently opened offices in Australia where it quickly won work from Australia Post and QGC.

It continues to invest in broadening its generic product range, adding Ready to Go IT and Ready to Go Compliance modules to the existing Ready to Go Fundamentals range of bite size leadership and management e-learning modules. Its light LMS, Svelte, is now available in French, Spanish and Arabic, reflecting global client needs.

In celebration of its twentieth year, Walkgrove is giving away three Ready to Go fundamentals modules to five companies who respond to its birthday promotion.
