National Insurance Academy’s HR Summit ‘Tatva 2019’ invites Amit Gautam for a panel discussion on Company Culture

Our Director, Amit Gautam, is set to explore the topic ‘Maintaining Culture During Growth Phases and Changing Times’ as an honorary panelist at National Insurance Academy’s (NIA) HR Summit Tatva scheduled on September 6th 2019.
Human Resources or the HR department is a critical part of all institutions and organizations. And, HR has only grown in its relevance and importance in today’s times of digital disruption. Industry 4.0 is finally upon us and it is of utmost importance to understand the changing landscape of the ‘World of Work’.
Globalization and increase in the advancement of technology has greatly influenced the way we work. National Insurance Academy’s HR Summit 2019 is a one day knowledge-sharing event, organized exclusively for HR professionals to be part of an enriching interactive seminar and discuss issues and practices prevalent in the industry. Aiming to demystify the ‘World of Work’ by exploring today’s current scenario and the way forward, the HR Summit will bring together the best HR minds in the industry on a single platform to discuss and share their knowledge, experiences and views on various topics related to ‘World of Work: Changing Landscape’.
Explaining the meaning of the word ‘Tatva’, NIA elaborates on this Sanskrit word for 'elements' as, ‘Life is coming together of the five Tatvas- Ether, Earth, Water, Wind and Fire. Tatva is the amalgamation of vision, strategy, research, innovation, competitiveness and is conceptualized as an event that initiates veins of inquiry into contemporary HR culture. Tatva, the essence of any being which needs to be considered with the changing landscape of work as it brings in new dimensions into picture, which in essence constitutes the very nub of new age organization.”
Tatva was first conceptualized by NIA in 2006 and has been quite rewarding and edifying for NIA, while the summit serves as an effective platform not only for exchange of ideas, views and suggestions but also for discussions on current trends that constitute the world of work.
The event will be held on Friday, 6th September 2019 at NIA, Pune. The registration will happen between 9 AM and 9:30 AM, while the panel discussion on ‘Maintaining Culture During Growth Phases and Changing Times’ will take place from 12:15 PM to 1:30 PM.
