One of the UK’s leading providers of Lectora e-learning solutions, Transition, is launching a range of training courses to help organisations to get the most from the software.

There has been a massive growth in the popularity of e-learning, partly driven by the need for companies to maximise their current assets, make their people as productive as possible – and all while keeping operating costs as low as possible.

Lectora is the world’s leading e-learning software – used by the majority of the Global 2000 companies and all five branches of the US military. Transition is one of the leading providers of Lectora e-learning development tools and solutions in the UK and Europe, to both the public and private sectors.

According to Transition’s Miles Corbett, although Lectora is designed to be easy to use with additional training, organisations can get even more value from the software. “The great thing about Lectora is that it scales well – people can get results right away, but the more you learn the better your e-learning courses will be. We help to provide people with the skills needed to take Lectora further, faster, than they could alone.”

Transition is launching a 2-day Lectora Fundamentals and Intermediate training course in November, in London. As a special launch offer, the courses in November, January and March will be available at half price – after which they will revert to full price. There are limited places on these courses, so it will be important to book early.

The courses are designed for the newcomer to Lectora and only require that the learner has a basic understanding of Windows. The course takes people “from zero to hero,” according to Corbett. “We’re very successful at taking people with no Lectora skills and making them highly productive within just a couple of days.”

Corbett believes that Transition’s courses are unique. “Unlike most other Lectora training providers,” says Corbett, “our courses are delivered by highly experienced e-learning professionals – people who have themselves created courses for some of the world’s best-known organisations. So, learners not only get to experience a great Lectora training course, they also have access to some of the UK’s greatest e-learning expertise.”

The courses are available from 29 November onwards. For more information, please contact Kristen at Transition on 01959 543900 or get more information on the Transition website about the Lectora Fundamentals and Intermediate training course or about the half-price Lectora training offer.
