Towards Maturity to facilitate new benchmark forum for L&D professionals in the Legal Sector
Towards Maturity in conjunction with Redtray Solutions will host a network event on Thursday June 13th '21st Century Learning for 21st Century Legal Firms' in London.
Towards Maturity, the not for profit L&D benchmark Practice, will host a new benchmark forum for senior HR and L&D professionals within the legal sector.
The networking event, titled “21st Century learning for 21st Century Legal Firms” will be held in London and will run from 2.30pm until 5.30pm.
The event has been designed in conjunction with leading professionals from the legal sector to help participants identify collaborative solutions for common challenges they face. The afternoon will focus on 3 main topics, with each topic discussion kicking off with insights from learning professionals from the sector. Guest panellists include L&D experts from Eversheds, Clifford Chance and Hogan Lovells. The 3 discussion topics for the event are:
Topic 1 Aligning Learning and Talent in 21st Century Law Firms
Topic 2 – Capturing and sharing knowledge within the firm
Topic 3 – Supporting the global workforce
The event will be facilitated by Laura Overton, Managing Director of Towards Maturity. A follow up paper will also be available to all participants from the day that captures the practical insights and lessons learned from the event.
