Totara hosts third User Conference of 2019 this August in New Zealand
Totara Learning is hosting an upcoming New Zealand User Conference on 7th and 8th August 2019 in Wellington, New Zealand.
This will be Totara Learning’s third User Conference of 2019, with events hosted in Melbourne, Australia in March and in London, United Kingdom in May.
The New Zealand Totara User Conference will bring together the local Totara Community from a wide variety of sectors to collaborate and learn from each other’s experiences from within their industries, and from the broader learning and development perspective.
Along with Totara users, Totara Partners - Catalyst IT, Kineo APAC, Synapsys, LearningWorks and Androgogic will be hosting hands-on workshops on Day 1 of the User Conference, on 7th August. These workshops have been designed by Totara’s expert partners to help attendees make the most of the freedom and flexibility of their Totara Learn platforms.
The main event kicks off on 8th August, with a morning session from special guest Rob Howarth from the Australian Bureau of Statistics. Rob is joining his New Zealand peers to share his unique insight around learning platforms thanks to his several years working at the ABS, and the unique solution he built. Along with Rob’s opening session, users from local organisations like the Ministry for Primary Industries, Tourism New Zealand, Family Planning, Braemar Hospital, Kiwibank and VTNZ will be running their own case study sessions followed by roundtable discussions to inspire and provoke conversation amongst the attendees. Totara’s product team will also be onsite to share exciting information about product roadmaps and more.
Sue Dark, Totara Learning’s APAC Channel Partner Manager, said: “Our ongoing commitment to celebrate, learn and collaborate with the Totara Community is paramount to us. Our global Totara User Conferences are where we can all be together in one room, and hear first-hand experiences. This gives us deep insights into how our customers are using Totara’s learning technology to create valuable learning solutions to help businesses and employees succeed. Our goal is always to lift up our customers and ensure their voices are heard, and insights are shared among the broader Totara user base.”
The New Zealand Totara User Conference will be hosted at Cliftons in Wellington. A limited number of tickets to the main User Conference on 8th August are still available for purchase prior to the event. Attendees and L&D professionals from across the region are encouraged to join the online Totara Community to share and discuss their findings post-event. More information is available on the official event page.
