THRIVE unveils plans for Learning Technologies 2022 including brand new Skills Platform

Learning NewsThrive

The learning technology organisation will focus on their recent Skills Platform launch with live demos and seminar sessions.

Stand G20, ExCeL, London, 4th May 2022 - After more than two years, Learning Technologies is back, and the THRIVE team have revealed their plans to make a splash on the largest stand in London’s ExCeL exhibition centre.

A new THRIVE - the complete Learning & Skills Platform

The biggest talking point for the company will be the launch of THRIVE’s new Learning & Skills Platform, showcasing their new agile skills solution.

The reimagined platform gives L&D teams a transparent view of the existing and emerging skills in their business, plus trending skills and skill gaps. Using real-time learner data to power an agile skills strategy, L&D will gain a holistic view of their skills landscape, all from one platform.

By combining this skills solution with the existing robust capabilities of an LMS and the personalised, learner-led, social feel of an LXP, THRIVE’s new all-in-one platform offers a consolidated approach to upskilling, learning and collaborative knowledge sharing.

Seminar sessions

THRIVE will also be hosting three seminar sessions across the two-day event.

Day one

On day one, in Theatre 5 at 11am, THRIVE Co-Founder, Mark Ward, joins Jenny Muhlwa, Group Head of L&D at Sumo Group, to discuss the rapidly changing skills landscape in a session titled: ‘Identifying emerging skills - Why brands like Sky, Ted Baker and Sumo Digital are adopting an agile skills strategy.’

THRIVE’s Head of Learning, Helen Marshall, is also speaking on day one. She’ll be discussing ‘Power skills. Not soft skills - How to humanise your learning content’ at 2pm in Bitesize Learning Zone 1.

Day two

On day two, THRIVE’s Head of Analytics, Ian Blackburn, is teaming up with Matty Hogarth, L&D Manager at Bally’s, to find out how Bally’s L&D team used data to make a real impact on business outcomes. ‘Measuring L&D Success - It doesn’t start with data, it starts with YOU!’ will be taking place at 11am in Theatre 5.

THRIVE in action

Stand G20 will be hosting personalised demos and a ‘demo cinema’ where visitors can experience a walk-through of THRIVE’s Learning & Skills Platform, Content Club, and Data Lab.
