CDSM wins the award for Best Performing Company Overall.

They also took home the award for Best Performing Company in the Accounting and Enterprise Software category. CDSM provides learning and development software solutions and bespoke e-learning services to both the public and private sector with their cutting-edge modern learning platform, Thinqi.

Every year, the Megabuyte 100 Emerging Stars Awards recognises the UK’s best-performing future mid-market leaders among smaller, private and publicly-listed companies. This is a significant win for the company, following a year of significant growth.

“We were delighted to receive the award on behalf of all colleagues, partners and customers,” says CEO Dan Sivak. “It highlights not only CDSM, but our learning platform Thinqi. It is an exceptional Learning Management System (LMS) and is adding real value to their customers and end-users.”

CQO Cathy Sivak adds, “It is testament to the hard work we put in to provide a first-class product and service.”

Thinqi helps practitioners to deliver informal, formal, social and workshop learning journeys coupled with powerful assessment, reporting and tracking tools. Its intelligent interface adapts to the preferences of each learner, providing relevant content and experiences. Thinqi currently has 750,000 users in the UK and over 2 million users globally, and the number looks set to increase.

The judges said: “With its roots formed in schools and local government, CDSM has successfully transitioned its offering to also provide for the private sector. This has resulted in budding relationships with several large enterprises alongside its presence in education and local government, driving particularly strong growth in 2018. Going forward, the company looks well placed to continue its current momentum backed up by a healthy market for e-learning solutions.”

The news came as a welcome announcement prior to the 21st annual Learning Technologies conference and exhibition, where visitors will get the chance to experience Thinqi for themselves through guided demonstrations on Stand L15. The event takes place on the 12th and 13th of February at the ExCel in London.
