Launching TAP Academy for L&D Professionals
The Training Foundation has announced the launch of TAP Academy www.tapacademy.com, its brand new online learning portal for Learning and Development Professionals undertaking TAP (the Training Accreditation Programme) Qualifications.

Delegates on TAP courses will find many great reasons to log into the TAP Academy, including 24/7 access to resources, templates, interesting blogs and surveys. They can also join the conversation on Twitter and/or participate in the more informal ‘coffee lounge’ forums to stay in touch with their tutors and groups.
The TAP Qualifications Framework offers a range of role-based L&D Diplomas covering the spectrum: training delivery, training design, e-Learning, L&D consultancy and L&D management. For example, the TAP eLearning Diploma comprises core modules in Blended Learning and e-Learning Design, with two electives required from a choice of 6, all of which may be relevant to the e-Learning specialist.
Whilst all TAP course can be attended as blended events, with both online and classroom components, many are now also available as entirely 5 week online programmes. All are fully tutor supported and delegates receive a similar level of group interaction and tutor support whether the course is face to face or online.
