TAP Training Consultants Required

As a result of rapid growth in demand for qualifications within the Trainer Assessment Programme (TAP) across all sectors The Training Foundation is now seeking to recruit new TAP training consultants to join our existing team.

In 2005 The Training Foundation become the first organisation to be awarded the Queen's Award for Enterprise Innovation for a training skills qualification. The Award was made for The Trainer Assessment Programme (TAP®), which provides professional development, assessment and certification for everyone involved in training and developing others.

As a result of growing demand for TAP® Qualifications The Training Foundation is now seeking to recruit new TAP® training consultants to join our existing team.

Successful applicants will deliver our suite of TAP® training courses. They will need to be confident, energetic, well-organised and enthusiastic about learning and development, with exceptional communication and presentation skills.

Candidates will have at least three years recent training experience, and should hold a TAP® Training Delivery Skills Certificate. Applications from those holding a TAP® Diploma in Learning Facilitation Skills or Certification as a TAP® Assessor will be particularly welcomed. Experience of soft skills training would be advantageous along with a willingness to travel to various client locations.
