As part of a major expansion programme The Training Foundation is seeking to recruit 5 Regional Managers, each based in one of the English Regions. These individuals will work with a wide range of partners to help deliver the Government's national agenda for skills in a regional context by empowering all involved in training and developing others.

Adrian Snook, Director of Corporate Development for The Training Foundation explains: "The Training Foundation is encountering increasing levels of demand for its services across all sectors and regions of the UK. In order to effectively service and fulfil this demand we are planning a challenging programme of expansion over the next 12 months. As part of the first phase of this programme we are seeking to appoint a number of home-based Regional Managers to take charge of local developments across England. These roles are pivotal to the future growth of The Training Foundation and represent a significant career development opportunity for the successful candidates"

"Our new Regional Managers will work with an extremely wide range of partners including major employers, local Learning & Skills Councils, Regional Development Agencies, Ufi learndirect hubs, Business Link operators, NHS Trusts, Local and Police Authorities - to help deliver the Government's national agenda for skills in a regional context by empowering all involved in training and developing others."
