With the growth of business coaching the need for coaching supervision is becoming ever more important. The Performance Solution has launched a new training programme which will allow you to become trained and be able to provide coaching supervision to other coaches.
The new training programme is called The Certificate in Coaching Supervision and it is an intensive 3 day certification programme designed for candidates, who have successfully passed a Certificated Coaching programme and have a minimum of 250 hours client coaching, who wish to develop their skills as Supervisors. The programme consists of programme attendance, distance learning modules and case study presentation. Delegates may also complete post course work of an audio taped supervision session, a critiqued transcript and essay for further accreditation and further credits towards an MA in Coaching and Supervision with Kingston University.
