The Performance Solution is proud to announce a new department, Performance Assessments, to their expanding portfolio of products available to clients.
Performance Assessments will be responsible for providing self-assessments and management reports to businesses throughout the UK and Europe using the Extended DISC and iWAM tool.
Both these products will be of particular interest to Human Resources departments and recruitment consultants to help with the selection process for suitable candidates. Each tool can be used to maximise the selection process and bespoke assessments can be created to suit an individual client's needs.
