The Performance Solution in conjunction with Christina Baccini is preparing to launch a new coach supervision network in order to fill the gap in the coaching community for suitably qualified coach supervisors.
Coach supervision is currently a hot topic among coaches with more and more companies specifying that their coaches must be supervised. The Performance Solution has been described as the coach to the coaches and runs Masters programmes in coaching and mediation and coach supervision. Sally Vanson, MD of The Performance Solution commented, we have been running very successful coach supervsion groups in Wiltshire, Kent and Banbury for some time and the coach supervision network will meet a growing demand for coach supervision throughout the UK and beyond.
