Inspirational Certificate in Advanced Executive Coaching Skills ups the pace for coaches

The Coaching market is fragmented, over supplied and often coaches are ex management consultants, trainers, or even sports people with no formal coaching qualifications or training and no idea of the damage they can cause.

A programme described as 'innovative, inspirational, challenging and enlightening' has enable 14 delegates from organisations such as Reuters, University of Compiegne, Commerzbank, EDS, as well as smaller coaching companies to hone their skills and be assessed on their application. They came from France, Switzerland and Latvia as well as the U.K. Professions included a physicist, an aeronautical engineer, a Training and Development Director, and a Vice President of Sales.

The Performance Solution Certificate in Advanced Coaching skills can lead to post graduate qualifications in Coaching and Mediation through a fully accredited British University Masters programme. Delegates who had previously attended other coaching courses described this experience as 'a stretch', 'the best of the best', and a 'whole life, value adding,learning experience'.
