Leading elearning company, Sponge UK has become a Towards Maturity Ambassador and will be supporting the organisation’s annual Benchmark Study aimed at helping businesses change and grow through learning innovation.
The Ambassador Programme is a unique collaboration which enables the Ambassadors to work together with Towards Maturity for change, identifying and improving good practice, raising awareness and driving the whole industry forward.
Sponge UK Managing Director, Louise Pasterfield, said: “We are proud to become a Towards Maturity Ambassador.
“Encouraging learning innovation which supercharges the workplace, promoting excellence and sharing good practice are among the values we share with Towards Maturity.
“We hope to make a contribution to the important work of the organisation by supporting its respected Benchmark Study.”
Now in its 11th year, the Towards Maturity Benchmark surveys and studies how people learn at work, and uses the data to help Learning and Development professionals assess and improve their learning provision. It has been refined through the participation of more than 3,500 organisations and 15,000 learners and industry thought leaders from around the world.
The study would not be possible without the support of Towards Maturity Ambassadors who share a passion for ensuring that independent advice is freely available to all participants.
Laura Overton from Towards Maturity, said: “We are delighted to welcome Sponge onto the Ambassador Programme; as an organisation they uniquely demonstrate integrity, accountability and a commitment to excellence - something that is dear to our hearts as we gather independent evidence to support L&D effectiveness.
“Our Ambassadors are industry leaders who work together to support change - this is a really exciting time for the L&D industry, as we seek to modernise learning.
