Speexx and ATM Win Brandon Hall Group HCM Excellence Awards
Speexx and ATM have won the Bronze Award in the Best Coaching Program category.
Milan – Speexx, the leading people development platform, and ATM – Azienda Trasporti Milanesi have won the Bronze Award at the Brandon Hall Group HCM Excellence Awards in the Best Coaching Program category.
The award was given to the "Speexx & ATM: Driving Leadership Development" project, a joint initiative enabling young leaders at ATM to strengthen communication, decision-making, and resilience through personalized business coaching.
Widely regarded as one of the Human Capital Management industry’s most prestigious international awards, the Brandon Hall Group HCM Excellence Awards recognize organizations that deliver measurable business impact through innovation in learning, leadership development, talent management, and HR.
Driving Leadership Development at Scale
As one of Europe's leading public transportation companies, ATM serves around 3.3 million people across the Milan metropolitan area while operating one of Italy’s most extensive urban mobility networks. Developing leadership capabilities across a group of more than 12,000 employees became a strategic priority as the organization continued to evolve and strengthen its leadership culture.
To support this transformation, ATM partnered with Speexx to implement a structured six-month business coaching program as part of its broader strategy to develop young talent.
Through personalized coaching delivered by certified professional coaches, participants addressed real workplace challenges while strengthening communication, collaboration, leadership effectiveness, and decision-making.
Brandon Hall Group recognized the program for its strong alignment with business needs, thoughtful program design, successful adoption, and measurable organizational impact.
