MUNICH (Thursday, February 11, 2021) – Speexx is thrilled to host L&D industry thought leader, Chairman of the Learning and Performance Institute Donald Taylor, in a masterclass webinar on February 17, 2021. The webinar will begin at 4:00pm CET.
Each year, Donald asks the global HR and L&D community a single question, as part of his Global Sentiment Survey: What do HR and L&D decision-makers believe will be important in the coming 12 months?
On February 17, Donald will be unpacking the insights generated from this year's survey; he'll be discussing how previous years' "hot topics" are now starting to cool, why that is, how trends differ from region to region and how the pandemic has impacted sentiment within the L&D industry.
Learning News will also be doing a quick teaser interview with Donald on Monday, February 15; more insights will be revealed on the 17th.
More about the Global Sentiment Survey
The L&D Global Sentiment Survey takes the pulse of the L&D community worldwide, annually. The one-minute online poll asks L&D professionals internationally what they think will be hot in the following year. The question is always the same format: “What will be hot in workplace L&D?”
Participants are asked to choose what they think will be hot, not what should be hot. Each person can vote for at least three and up to 15 responses, presented in random order. Aggregated, and examined over time, these answers provide a fascinating look at trends in what people in L&D are thinking. This year's results - in no small part, due to the pandemic - differ greatly from prior years. Donald's deep dive will scrutinize our "new normal."
