Speexx wins top global learning award
Munich – Monday, 16th June 2014 – Speexx, the leading global provider of online language training, has been awarded the prestigious Worlddidac Award. The Worlddidac Association’s international judging panel found Speexx to be a highly innovative learning solution. The official award ceremony is to take place on 28th October 2014, on the eve of the Worlddidac Basel event in Switzerland.
With more than 50 entries, coming from as far as the United States, Sierra Leone and China, this year’s submissions were described as outstanding by the association in terms of their level of educational quality and innovation. “We had an extraordinary amount of high quality products this year, correspondingly we have had the pleasure of distinguishing more companies than usual”, comments Beat Jost, member of the board of trustees of the Worlddidac Foundation.
During the evaluation week, the international Worlddidac panel of experts selected 28 products and solutions as winners of the prestigious award. Speexx was chosen as a winner in the ‘Information and Communication Technologies’ category. Prof. Dr. Peter Gloor, Chairman of the Worlddidac judging panel, said: “Speexx has seamlessly continued to deliver its line of innovative and high-quality language training solutions, which thouroughly deserve the Worlddidac Award.”

The Worlddidac Award is presented by the Worlddidac Association, an independent international foundation with 156 member companies from 38 countries. The prize is the most renowned international distinction in the education sector and is awarded for products which stand out in the areas of quality, ecological compatibility, educational value, user-friendliness, design, innovation, interactivity and value for money.
