‘Create the Future’ Toolkit
To support this year’s Learning at Work Week Scott Bradbury, the online resources publisher, has created a toolkit for L&D professionals.
This year’s ‘Learning at Work Week’ runs from the 15– 21 May and aims to promote a lifelong learning culture within the workplace. The main theme for 2023 chosen by The Campaign for Learning is ‘Create the Future’, and Scott Bradbury, the digital resources publisher, has put together a special collection of its videos, podcasts, and interactive activities to reflect this.
“Delivering online resources to support everyday learning is at the heart of what we do at Scott Bradbury,” comments Catherine de Salvo, Scott Bradbury’s MD. “Each year we seek to provide a free toolkit for HR and L&D professionals to use to support their Learning at Work Week programmes.”
By making the toolkit available well in advance of this year’s event, Scott Bradbury is hoping to save learning professionals time and money. The collection of bite-sized learning resources can be included in an organisation’s week-long campaign, either as a standalone suite of resources, or as additional material alongside existing corporate content. The Scott Bradbury resources are divided into three sections to reflect the topics of ‘Think Future’, ‘Future Fit’ and ‘Future Skills’ suggested by The Campaign for Learning. Scott Bradbury has also created a promotional graphic for organisations to use as they wish.
The Scott Bradbury toolkit contains a selection of digital resources - videos, podcasts, and online interactive activities - all accessed via an individually branded platform, created especially for the participating organisation.
‘Revealing the Confident You’, ‘Team Health’ and ‘Collaboration at Work’, are just three of the titles included in the free toolkit. The videos and podcasts are complemented by interactive activities to encourage learners to reflect on their motivation, encourage good habits and boost personal effectiveness.
