Reed Learning has extended their range of Animated Learning Models. The models help trainers boost the impact and memorability of their sessions. The company's portfolio now includes animations on Action-Centred Leadership and Principles of Influence.

The videos use a "whiteboard animation" style, incorporating colourful imagery with hand-drawn illustrations. During pilots this storytelling approach proved to be a highly engaging way to convey a message. The sessions, which last two to three minutes each, are designed exclusively for Reed Learning and have been very popular with the company's trainers.

"I thought the videos were nicely paced and eye catching. There's a good mix of serious learning points with dashes of humour."
"Their lively, light and informative nature goes down well in the training room - they have been well received by delegates."

The models add an additional dimension to courses and allow information to be presented in a variety of ways, helping delegates with different approaches to learning absorb information effectively. Gerry Quirke, Programme Director for Learning Technologies at Reed Learning said:

"To gain efficiencies, UK companies are using more online interventions to engage delegates and our digital learning assets provide value for the audience in specific contexts. They are found to be most effective as a support tool to online learning or corporate classroom training.  We are delighted with the positive response and continue to invest in the production of new titles."

Trainers and L&D professionals can access a free trial of the animations for a limited period.
