itv choose Praxis42 to develop Anti Bribery eLearning for its Apple IT environment
When the need to deliver Anti Bribery Act training was identified by the itv legal team it became an obvious choice to use the existing Praxis42 health and safety compliance eLearning platform and its development teams expertise to produce engaging training solutions. The challenge was to deliver the solution on the itv Apple IT environment.
Praxis42 has been working with the itv risk management group for over five years and during that time employees have been using Praxis42s eLearning and eSolutions Platform (eSP) for all their Health & Safety courses. When the need to deliver Anti Bribery Act training was identified by the legal team it seemed obvious to use Praxis42, as most employees had already been provided with log-ins to the Praxis42 eLearning platform.
The bespoke course rollout was led by the itv legal team, supported byPraxis42's Tom Paxman, who has worked closely with itv over the years and knows the business and culture inside out. Tom explained 'As with all our bespoke or tailored projects we aim to make things simple and easy for our customers. We do that by working in partnership and listening to the requirement. We are careful not to over promise but ambitious to delight.'
During the project it was discovered that itv were moving to a new desktop environment using Apple hardware and software so working closely with the itv IT integration and change team became an important additional requirement.
The course was delivered on time and in budget and has already been rolled out to all itv employees.

She went on to explain "We developed the baseline storyboard and then handed it to the Praxis42 developers who came back with a proposal with course designs. We then provided photos and logos from our business to be incorporated into the course, so the look and feel of the course fits itv's corporate style. The compliance learning management system tracks, records and reports on the training which provides just the right level of information for me to manage completion of the programme. Working with Praxis42 was very simple and they were helpful and professional throughout the process."
