DB Schenker Logistics Implements NetDimensions Learning as a Central Learning Platform for over 62,200 Employees Worldwide
DB Schenker Logistics has implemented NetDimensions Learning to establish a central learning platform for more than 62,200 employees in 2,000 locations around the world.

Based on Strategy 2020 of Deutsche Bahn, DB Schenker Logistics plans to become one of the top employers in the world. "Attracting and retaining highly qualified people is an important part of this strategy," explained Dr. Sylvia Broening, Vice President, HR Projects, Reporting & Processes at DB Schenker Logistics.
"To achieve this objective, a common learning infrastructure is needed to provide high quality and standardized content at the appropriate time and at a global level so as to give access to training & development program to all of our employees."
DB Schenker Logistics needed a stable, high-performance, and enterprise-grade platform that is flexible and user friendly, as well as the ability to support processes that will enable the company to reduce administrative work including enrollment processes, notifications, tracking, reminders, and automated reporting.

A centralized platform is key
DB Schenker Logistics plans to eventually provide access to all learning and development offerings on a single platform to support HR.
