A Glorious Conclusion to 2016: Tata Interactive Systems wins Gold at the Brandon Hall Technology awards.

Tata Interactive Systems (TIS), a global leader in learning solutions, in partnership with The PGA of America won a Gold award at the 2016 Brandon Hall Group Excellence in Technology Awards in the Best Advance in Gaming or Simulation Technology category.

This win brings TIS’ international awards and recognitions tally to an impressive 17 in 2016, including 6 Brandon Hall Learning Excellence awards won earlier this year. TIS was also featured by Trainingindustry.com in the Top 20 Gamifications Companies, Top 20 Workforce Development Companies, Top 20 Content Development Companies, and Top 20 Training Outsourcing Companies this year.

“It is an honor to win the Gold for excellence in technology for our simulation-based solution for The PGA. Simulations continue to be an important area of focus for TIS, and we are especially pleased to have won one of the highest industry recognitions for our solution,” says Saurabh Mittal, Chief Operating Officer of Tata Interactive Systems.

The winning solution is a multimodality simulation-based program consisting of self-paced simulations and multiplayer TOPSIM® business simulations. The training program is aimed at The PGA of America members and provides an in-depth understanding of the management and strategic aspects of running a golf business.

The Technology award winners were selected based on the criteria of solution design, functionality, usability, innovation, and measurable impact. “We congratulate our Technology Award winners, and also thank them for leading the way in designing and utilizing technologies that empower organizations to enhance – and in some cases transform – their organizations,” said Rachel Cooke, Chief Operating Officer of Brandon Hall Group and head of the awards program. “Our research shows that Human Capital Management technology is a major driver of innovation, and our award-winning organizations serve as models of success.”
