Jo Kori B.A. (Oxon) M.A. RCA – UK Learning Consultant, Tata Interactive Systems will deliver a seminar about the Flipped Learning model and how it breathes new life into training.
Tata Interactive Systems (TIS), the world’s leading developer of learning solutions,is all set to present its wide range of learning solutions at the Learning Technologies event on 29th and 30th January, Olympia, London. Along with displaying capabilities in mobile learning, simulations, learning consulting, animation, serious games, learning portals, and blended learning at stall # 39, TIS is also conducting seminars at the event.
Jo Kori will be conducting the seminar ‘The Flipped Learning Model’ at the Learning and Skills exhibition, Theatre 9, on 30th January, 13.00 to 13.30. The flipped learning model relies on familiar forms of digital learning assets and a combination of live teaching experiences – but uses them in the opposite way to traditional classroom learning.
Jo Kori says, “Instead of using a traditional ‘live’ teaching of core information and asking the learner to apply their understanding ‘offline’, learners independently acquire their core learning through online formats and then engage within a ‘live’ experience to apply their understanding. We will look at how the flipped learning model comes alive in the context of training environments.”
She adds, “Tata Interactive Systems is always looking at best practices in education as well as training and the latest research in both to ensure that our consultative services are the very best that we can offer to our clients.”
