The exclusive, annual Tata Interactive Learning Forum (TLF)- now in its 8th edition provides a highly interactive platform for thought leaders across domains to get together, interact, and inspire each other.

TLF 2011, by Tata Interactive Systems (the world's leading developer of learning solutions), will be held on Sept 7-9 at Chateau Elan, Greater Atlanta, Georgia.

The TLF is a global symposium where leaders and decision makers from the learning and training space come together to share their ideas, innovations, and insights. This unique platform provides learning leaders the opportunity to share their experiences in corporate learning, network with like-minded peers and examine case studies of key learning initiatives at other organizations.

The event this year is based on the theme,Remodeling the Learning & Development Space in a Flat World. It will feature separate tracks for the corporate and education segments of the learning industry. The program is expanding based upon guest participation in the 2010 survey to a 2-night, 3-day program.

In keeping with the theme this year, this invitation-only forum will feature interactive sessions by pioneers in 21st century learning who will discuss and share their experiences and case studies of how the L&D function can remodel itself and support the new global enterprise in its key strategic initiatives, wherein supply chain, customers, partners, and employees in an organization are spread globally.

"The TLF for the past 7 years has held a powerful resonance in the L&D space. Every year the forum not only brings together CLOs, VPs, EVPs in Training, HR & business functions to share and discuss cutting-edge best practices but also technological interventions across all subject matters and levels in the L&D space," says Kshitij Nerurkar, President, North American Operations at Tata Interactive Systems.

Elliott Masie, Founder of The Masie Center, will present and conduct an onsite workshop for TLF attendees this year.
